Raising door heads?

We have took over a partial new build and to cut a long story short, want to increase floor insulation by approx min 50mm. There is no floor insulation currently fitted but only room for 100mm max, ideally I want 150mm or more if possible
There are no internal doors fitted, all have steel heads ( concrete 1st floor )
There are 4 external sets of doors already fitted , though just held in place with expanding foam and screwed to the wall currently
How easy or hard would this be to raise the door heads and would it affect any other part of the build consequently

There will be a fare bit of labour involved and structural engineer supervision. Ask a builder to price the work?
