Background info

- heat pump primary DHW
- Solar/Immersion as top in summer/winter
- pressurized system

I Have had a few visitors for the christmas and a constant issue with hot water. Originally I taught given that fact i only had a 300l tank and the fondness of long showers was the reason there was no water. After that I taught the solar was siphoning the DHW as the collector was always showing hotter that the tank. But I went up to the hot press I saw the hot water going out the the overflow pipe, this was after running the HT and immersion. The water as not hotter than 50 degs in the overflow pipe. Is the pressure valve gone ? I had the plumber in before replacing a stat and motor for the ufh for info.

Any ideas what is wrong would be great
