    Hi guys,

I'll be building a home gym soon and I need a flooring option to go over concrete. I've looked at an industrial style carpet which is cheap enough but I'll be having a weight lifting platform in my gym so it would have to go over the carpet which i dont want. What other cheap options are there?

Cow mats are your best bet.

Dennehy's in Tipp do Easyfix mats:

Probably looking at somewhere in the region of €50-60 for the 6' x 4' mat.

You can get non slip floor paints, they'd probably be your cheapest option

Combo of non slip floor paint, and rubber/ wood to make a platform ftw.

Iv got cow/horse stall mats in my gym . Theyre really an excellent job and imo make a lifting platform unnecessary and too expensive in comparison.
