    Hi there

I'll try to explain as best i can!

Two years ago myself and my son were involved in an accident, and were both injured quite badly.

My case settled out of court and was fairly straight forward.

My sons case is a little different, we were offered a sum on this case which i thought was good but the judge in the case decided that it was not enough and rejected it. (child has special needs which were made worse by accident)

There was a bit of talk after the case to try and get a higher settlement but there was no resolution, we are back in court very soon and i'm really worried about it.

Does anyone know if this is just another straight forward case and will the judge more than likely just make a settlement and have it over with?

It's impossible to say what the judge will do and without knowing the ins and outs of your son's case. I would put a call through to the firm representing you and put your concerns to them.
