Help setting up static route on Horizon box

Need help please - how can I set up a static route using the Horizon router. My Chromecast is defaulting (hardcoded) to google dns servers and I want to point it to an alternative dns. I looked at the options on the web ui but could not see one - is it named something else or is there an alternative way to implement what I want to do ? Thanks a mill in advance for any help
