So I've put in for a P21 balancing statement, which I may have to do again, as I see the Company which current employs me has not provided an update regarding what I've paid.

What I have paid according to my final payslip for 2014 is:
    PAYE: €321.24
    PRSI (EE): €542.80
    PRSI (EE + ER): €2027.90
    PRSI (ER): €1485.10
    USC: €534.65
    Umbrella Company Management Fees: €300

All of this has been paid since the start of September, totalling €3183.79. Am I entitled to claim any of it back as long as I am still employed by an Umbrella Company, which views me as a Self Employed Contractor?

You can't be employed as a self employed contractor - you're either employed as an employee (PAYE), or you're contracting as a self employed sole trader. Can you clarify?

I'm a Contractor, through an Umbrella Company

So you're a PAYE employee of the umbrella company? I'm not being awkward, it's critical to understand your status to give you a correct answer. If you are self employed or a proprietary director of a company then you need to file your self assessment income tax return.

If, as seems to be the case, you're a PAYE employee of the umbrella company, then assuming they've taxed you correctly, and unless you've got additional credits to claim(e.g. med expenses) you shouldn't have overpaid tax.

As you've only paid 321 in tax, this is the most you could be entitled to- PRSI is paid on a week by week basis, and the employers PRSI portion, while it is technically paid out of your agreed rate from the company you're contracting into, is legally paid by the umbrella company as your employer and has therefore got nothing to do with you.
