    How do you pronounce 'Ghia'?

I for one pronounce it like "Gee-ah". Dublin slang for female genitalia + a

A lot of Irish people, I have noticed, pronounce it like "G-ah". The letter g + a

Do you pronounce it like the former and if not why is this?

That's a derogatory reference to the GAA.
