Just a quick one, should a 5 m X 5 m walk in wardrobe have heating, the house has underfloor but none put into wardrobe.

Yes, if it's a large area. You'll get mildew and dampness issues otherwise!

Yes , based on the room dimensions it would be wise to have heating. Otherwise the contents of the room will become damp and deteriorate.
