I told a mate i had 2 topless pictures of 2 women we knew and sent them 2 him.well he went and told them about what i done.you can imagine they not happy.1 has said the picture is not even her.the other asked if it was photoshopped (picture is not photoshopped in my opinion) so it seems that is not her either. they were talking about going guards.I tried reasoning with them and have not heard anything for nearly a week now.i never felt so ashamed.can i still be in trouble or if the pictures are not them can i be in the clear?

Can we assume they are adults and not under the age if consent?

You might not have done anything illegal but brace yourself for the backlash from these women and their/your friends.

Both adults in my opinion.i can handle friends etc just don't want legal things involved

Embarrassed, worried, unlikely to be 'ashamed'.

It is not your opinion which will matter if they are underage and you knowingly dessiminated pornographic photographs.

If there is a chance that they were underage when the photographs were taken, you may have a big problem.

Well nothing was mentioned of age etc.

It doesn't matter, if you dessiminated photographs of children under the age of consent in a state of undress, the fact that you didn't ask their age won't be a mitigating factor. How young are they in those photographs, are we talking about teenagers?

My opinion would be 19 or 20.maybe even more.1 the pictures is still online now and has been for past five or so years.so if it was of a minor i would assume it would have been took down a number of years ago

And if the pictures are not of the women in question it be pretty much impossible get the women in the pictures age unless someone manages track them down and ask there exact age of when pictures took

You'd be better advised to get professional legal advice rather than advice from the web.
