I just bought a cheap and cheerful Nilfisk C110 on Amazon.

What attachment do I need for the foam lance? I see that there are a few for the Nilfisks. What one will fit the C110?

Also looking to source out an extension to the lance... does anyone know where you can get one of those... something like the lovely lady in this video uses about 2 minutes in (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BQvvyGoHDkc).
I am currently set up similar to this chap with a Karcher (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9rkhyfWV0Tw)

Kew / Alto fitting is the Nilfisk fitting! ;)

What machines are the other fittings for?

Where can I get a lance extension also? I know the power on the C110 is going to be low, so I am looking for one that won't impact performance. Assume the C110 will have enough power to give adequate snow foam!

The C110 will have plenty of power to operate a snowfoam lance.

Have you a lance already for a previous Karcher...its it a Karcher fitting or proper lance - if you already have the lance, the fitting on the end that suits the Karcher, will screw off and you can buy a fitting to suit your Nilfisk (also know as the Kew or Alto fitting)....and it would cost approx 10-12 quid for that fitting.

What would I need in terms of an extension pole to go in between the gun part and the lance part?

Was looking on ebay but can't find what I need, as also not sure what I need!

Extension? You mean the approx 2ft of extra length to the trigger??
The regular lance / gun for the Nilfisk's split half way down and the snowfoam lance attaches at this point.

Or am I taking you up wrong?

Ahh right...not sure where you might pick one up but a decent plumber could knock it together in 5 mins! ;)

Ive the C120 and use it without issue as in the bottom pic. Not sure the extension is any more advantage.....and extension of the reinforced hose from the machine to the gun is money better spent IMO

Are you saying invest in a larger hose?

The one that is with it is 5 metres.... I would like about 8 metres though.

The machine was dirt cheap, the hose may cost as much!
I am offloading the Karcher. Hose on that was shorter.

The hose that came with the machine is actually crap quality. The fittings are ok quality.

Really need to figure out how to get one of those lance pole extensions. I see some on ebay, but I am not exactly sure what I need. Essentially want to bridge the gap between the trigger gun and the foamlance.

Try Paul Ward in Fort Plant Sales opposite TV3 - if anybody has the pressure washer fittings and accessories that you need, it'll be him.
He can make up any size lance that you want, and the same goes for hoses.
