I'm in the market for the new ipad. Prices vary greatly on different websites (Apple Store, Ebay, Amazon). Is there any difference buying it off of Amazon than the Apple Store? Besides the price!

No not really. Just make sure you buy a UK version to get the proper plug. Otherwise you may need an adaptor. But in general no difference. Apple will honour your warranty no matter where you buy.
