pricing a passive standard house

Currently pricing for a 2400 sq ft dormer bungalow passive standard house, I have received quotes from Scandinavian Homes, Century Homes and Viking house. It is very difficult to compare as each one has its own advantages and disadvantages. Does anyone have experience of any of these companies? ( a PM may be most suitable)
