    where's the rip-off? Please tell?

Obviously these are photos of a particular event, the photographer is a professional photographer and has learnt his/her trade over many years.

Maybe you should work for free? - Or do you only expect professionals to offer services free?

Do you not think 115 for 3 photos is a little steep? :)

    depends on what they are.

If its 3 photos taken by a professional photographer and then printed on quality paper, then, no.

Cost is €31 each + vat - hardly over priced assuming is 3 specific photos

I wouldn't be inclined to say this is a rip-off. The price is factoring in the cost of a professional photographer and the work they did to get those photos. For example, they might have spent a whole day taking photos at a marathon/concert/etc - whereas you spent 5 minutes browsing the interwebs for what you wanted and its now being printed glossy and sent to your door :)
