What is the latest date to sign a contract with Dairygold? I drew up a contract last year but never signed it as things have changed since I will be producing less milk in the first few years.

As my father used to say, if you can't see in five minutes who is losing out from a contract, it's you.

Unless your going to change or have a buyer lined up your only going to do yourself out of four grand for nothing. I was slow to sign but gave in for that reason.

Friend who is Wexford supplier hasnt signed contract yet. Says they were told yesterday that they won't be getting the 2c top up they were supposed to be getting. Didn't really get talk about it much but is that a bad sign for ones that have contract?

Just to play the devils advocate here but are ye looking at this all wrong.when you read about whats happening in england, could it be the case that banks wont lend money if you dont have a contract.isnt a good thing for a business to have a guaranteed outlet for 5 years.do ye own the business anyway.now wheres that kevlar vest
