Too early to query refund?

    I tried to purchase something online on the 8th from a Company based in Italy.
    After reading a few reviews (yes, I know, after i paid them, not very clever), I decided they may not be the best company to go for.
    They weren't called scammers, but were accused of being lazy, sometimes unresponsive and rude.
    They have roughly 50/50 depending on where you read the reviews.

    Anyway, after 8 days, it seemed like nothing was happening with my order, so I cancelled it on the 16th.
    On the 18th I received an email saying
    Your order has been updated to the following status: Refunded

    I have still received nothing. Obviously Christmas may have interfered with it, so, is it too early for me to fire off an email asking where's my money? Or should I wait another couple of working days..

    Yeah, I know. A couple of good priced items......
    I paid with O2 Debit Card.

    Moonlooker.com, imediate reviews aren't bad using translator
    Very fast and very seriously!
    I have bought from Moonloooker and I found myself really well! I found very seriously and availability, rapid order processing as well.
    Definitely will buy from them again!
    And their Amazon store gets great reviews.
