    I got my kid a Wacom Intuos pen & tablet, its for drawing and photograph editing, their sign up system is crap and doesn't work. No web support at all. It appears a lot of people have the same issue.
    Poor kid is looking at their gift sitting useless in a box...

    Can't use it unless you register it!
    Have to register it to download the relevant software.

    What's the problem with registration, please be more specific than "is crap and doesn't work". Also, what web address were you using?

    If you haven't got them yet, you can download the drivers here:http://us.wacom.com/en/support/drivers/

    I'm guessing its bundled software if you need to register. Maybe there's alternatives until it's sorted? The drivers will give functionality at least.
