Broken needle in child's pyjamas

    This morning my son told me his pyjamas were hurting him and on taking off the bottoms right where 4 seams meet was the top of a broken needle.
    He has scratches on his legs which can only be from this.
    I'm just wondering if anyone has had anything like this happen them.
    Not really sure what to do about it and could only find manufacturers policies when I googled.

    What type of packaging did they come in?

    They were just folded with a ribbon around them the keep them folded

    I would bring them back to the place of purchase (if known) and talk to customer services. Take pictures of your sons scratches and bring them with you.
