samsung s4 mini problem

    Hi, my friend has a Samsung s4 mini, emobile network. Never had a problem with it but out of the blue she's stopped being able to get text messages, checked the message settings and all seems fine. Turned the phone on & off, took battery out etc and still no joy :-(
    any other ideas what could be wrong please?

    She thought that might be it but she deleted all texts yesterday and still nothing

    Maybe blocking is turned on or message centre number wrong, if not I'd be heading to the nearest emobile store to have the sim/phone checked.

    Well, she rang emobile and she has an older sim card called a legacy sim and she was advised to get a u sim instead. All is working great now :-)
