Desperate for advice guys! please help

Hi guys, I'm a qualified teacher, but was working in retail due to lack of jobs, living on my own , just got let go due to cut backs.

im going to have to sign on as iv no work at all , but Im going to try and get casual subbing though it is very inconsistent. One day here, and nothing for weeks then. What are my chances of being approved, and what would I be approved for. I'm literally broke and frightened to say the least.

Iv applied to education posts already. I don't know what the difference is between jsa or jsb, the point for me is casual subbing and claiming,

If you are claiming JSA you casual income will be means tested,on JSB it will not.
