What happened GO SMS? Time to change!

    I've been a long time user of GO SMS and although the odd sponsor type notifications you'd get about themes and crap being available, it was bearable in return for a good sms app.

    Now the app has been completely stripped down it seems and it's more focussed on being a nice looking app instead of a functional one. There doesn't even seem to be a way to send a contact as part of an sms anymore.

    I'm looking for a new app now so if anyone has any recommendations on functional ones please share. Actually, if anyone knows of an app that combines sms, viber and what's app into the same inbox that would be cool too?

    I used handcent and chomp sms before but chose gosms in the end, that was years ago and I forget why, Textra (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.textra) is by the same dev's as chomp and meant to be pretty good but maybe it's just more aesthetically based too?

    Also, does anyone ever know what happened imo?? It used to combine skype, facebook and other chat but then seemed to completely change. Does anything else out there combine skype and other IM clients these days?
