opinions on ebay "grey" buys

    As per title, I am looking to buy a D7100, and the cheapest so far is ebay.
    I reckon these are "grey" imports. Anyone any idea on warranty and servicing here?

    Not sure about warranty, but keep in mind that you will probably have to pay tax to the customs here before you get your camera if you are buying from outside the EU.

    If you buy through the likes of eGlobal, they ship it as "computer parts" or something and then you are usually not taxed anything.

    No extra taxes, the item is located in the UK.
    Just found another with a 3 year warranty £550.

    many thanks, I think this is the way to go as you couldn't buy second hand here for that..lol
