There's currently a bug affecting at least the Nexus 4 bit I've also read of HTC and xiaomi phones being affected. It's a pretty critical bug for a phone as you can't hear the other party and they can't hear you. There's also one in the AOSP so this is not CM specific by any means. My phone is affected running CM 11 latest stable build. Both tickets have critical priority.

Would be interested to hear if anyone hear is affected?
