Made a mess of my online Boots order

    Just decided to treat myself with the money I'm saying by not going out tonight.

    I ordered 3 things off the Boots website for collection in store next week, got a "lost signal" message after filling in the verified by visa part, and then eventually realised after doing it the second time that it had doubled up on one of the items- the most expensive one of course :-(

    Does anyone have any experience of this click and collect thing with boots? Is it possible to amend my order if I call customer services or should I just wait? Also will I get a refund on sale items??
