Hi, I am the owner of an apartment that has just started to show a small leak in the sitting room floor. Its like the floor underneath has a pipe leakage, its not a lot of water. I want to know if the Apartment Maintenance are responsible for this leak and will have to fix it or am I going to have to pay for the fix.
Any help please. I am not working this could really make life difficult for me.
    Anthony

If it's within your unit, then it is your responsibility. If it's leaking you better get it looked at sooner rather than later.
