Need advice - need pvr and xbmc

Hi all Have a gt60 panasonic tv with twin tuner for freesat and saorview. We want to be able go record programmes (tv allows recording via usb) but also want to stream (hd/sd) to the tv using xbmc/kodi. Does a combo pvr xbmc box exist? Many thanks. W.
