    I brought new wheels complite with tyres and bearings built in at local hardware shop

    Around 40 euro each I got 2 as the old ones were rotten after around 10 or 15 years the bearings were fitted into each side of the wheel already
    There were wheel barrow wheels without bearings for under 20 euro that might fit but I went for same as original as the rest of barrow was good as new
