Right, slept in and haven't stuck the buzzard in the oven yet.

How long to microwave a 20 pound turkey roughly?

Do what Cilla on coronation street did and deep fry it. You'll want a new house after though

Because it takes so long to cook and that would not be suitable for every day cooking.

I love turkey and all the trimmings of Christmas dinner - the ham, stuffing, brussel sprouts and gravy.

Cover it in tinfoil and it'll microwave quicker.

    Turkey, in Brine overnight,

2 hours in oven, 1 Resting,

    Nice juicy bird,

No one has to eat sawdust

I did my first brined Turkey today. **** me it was savage. Moister than the wife on date night.

    Might deep fry next year.

Roish, I have followed your tips:

I have the turkey still in the brine

I tried getting into the oven, didn't fit, so I rested on the couch.

    Herself will have to do.

    We all avoided the sawdust.

Now what do I do with the Turkey? - the guests are getting restless and the brine has evaporated.

I prefer my turkey dry. If I wanted moist I'd have chicken.

Isn't that what the gravy is for?
