    What's the longest you were going out with someone and ended up breaking up?

    I'm a ten years and think it might have to happen after Christmas.

    There's so much tired together, its a mess. What ye recon?

    Sorry to hear that.Whichever way you look at it, it's going to be painful.

    I think the main thing is that you need to be very sure that this is what you want. Would you consider counselling? Is a breakup really, really what you want/need? what about the logistics - living arrangements, shared possessions etc. ?
    You need to know exactly what you want, and how you think it should happen.
