Eircom Mail sync issues

    Hello, 

    I was wondering if you can help me review the Eircom's legacy mail settings as I have run into issues. 

    I have outlook 2007 (working) and 2010 (not working) setup on different laptops as i'm planning migrating devices.

    The webmail (https://secure.eircom.net/email/) logs in but does not track incoming mail correctly but has in the past. Which makes me believe you have updated services.

    Outlook 2007 settings - working (Guessing legacy setup)
    Incoming mail server - pop.eircom.net
    outgoing mail server - smtp.eircom.net

    I have tried the above with 2010 and also the recommended:
    Incoming mail server  - webmail.eircom.net 
    outgoing mail server - mail1.eircom.net

    The above only receives some mails I've tested but has not received genuine mail received on the 2007 old device.

    Any recommendations on how to proceed?
