    So,

    You are allowed 12 taps in a new bar, and 2 casks (14 in total).

    Set it up any way you want, the only caveat is that for a beer to be on tap/cask it must have been available in such form at some stage either currently or in the past.

    How do you make a spread between styles, to suit punters?

    do you go for high ABV and have everyone gone by 9pm? OR low ABV to keep the place ticking over?

    House rule number 1: "tap" and "draught" refers to cask as well as keg. Anyone not following this usage will be barred for life.

    Cask:
