I need new brake pads for my carbon wheels , what do you guys recommend, at the moment I'm using cork pads , I find them OKish , I know that carbon wheels don't brake too well anyway but are any of you using any that you find better over any of the others .

Swiss stop are the ones to go for but they're pricey.

If you're particular get the black ones as opposed to the yellow ones as the yellow ones can leave some yellow residue on the braking surface. I have the yellow ones and there's a few marks but not enough to upset me.

Is there any performance difference between the black and yellow ?
How do you find them in the wet ?

I have no complaints (except for the price) about them at all. They took a while to bed in at the start, they were either on or off but now they're grand and as good if not better than my other wheels with standard pads and allu braking surface.

I've no idea on performance difference between the 2 I think the price increase is partly to do with the above complaint I mentioned and them taking advantage of some cyclists peculiarities.

No bother. Don't rush into it as some more folks might have reports on cheaper alternatives. :)
