I am in between houses and going abroad and I would like to rent an apartment in the D16 or Sandyford area for one month.

Does anyone know where the best place to look or what agents facilitate this?

    Thanks

Probably best with a hotel, B&B or a hostel. I don't think you will get an apartment for a month, especially when there is just such a high demand for long term rentals.

    Hi,

I am not familiar with the area but see if there is an student villages/halls of residents about. They often rent apartments over the summer.

Hotels with apartments attached, might let you rent by the week. Or city centre apartment in the likes of temple bar rent by the week. In the 2nd case a weeks rent can be equal to a months rent.

The Beacon hotel have some apartments, nearly sure they do short term lettings... would be worth looking into.
