I was staring at this for ages trying to see if he has a big áss or an ugly face. Then I clicked on the link and scrolled up and down to see if the unflattering photo was in there somewhere. Nada. Then I realised we are meant to be looking at the bright orange phallic yoke in the main photo. Duh

That's not the Alcolyser. It is an orange torch wand. Orange plastic wand that fits over the top of the torch for traffic duty.

It does look funny though

lol I almost spat out my beer when I saw that picture.... I'm guessing that the driver saw the guard urinating in public and made a citizen's arrest?
