I just bought a new bike no pedals.i have keys on my old bike which I could take of and use or buy the 396 on adverts pretty cheap.is there a difference between them.

The keo's are a newer model than the 396. The 396 use the old delta cleat. Use your old keo's or you can buy new keo classics for not much more money than the 396's on adverts.
