    Hi folks,
I am thinking of going down this routes I am not very good at selling myself. CV probably isn't the best. Will they help me out in this regard?
I am looking for factory work, warehouse work, forklift driving(have experience), farm Work, call centre work or anything that you don't need previous experience. My only preference is to be able to drive to work and home in the evening.

You are not really looking in the right place to be honest. Agencies aren't there to offer advice on your c.v and how best to handle yourself in an interview. If a re-worked c.v. or a few hints or tips relating to the interview process for a particular job helps them get a sale; they will most definitely do the above but it isn't a given.

Do you have any friends or family who could take a look at your cv for you? Have you looked at sample cvs on the internet for your sector to get ideas on how best to layout your cv? Also, the best way to adapt to interviews is by getting out there and doing them, in my experience. Once again, ask your family and friends to do mock interviews with you, if possible.

I am going to do up a Cv and go to two agencies and see what happens. I have done a good few interviews in my time. How do you handle gaps on a CV?
Need to get something fairly quick as girlfriend just gave me some news :0

Honesty is the best policy. If you were out of work for a period of time, off travelling or studying then put that down on your c.v..
