Anyone interested in meeting up for a photowalk over the holidays? I don't mind if it's city centre or anywhere else, but would be nice to get out :)

Let me know if you are and maybe we can plan something.

    Hi there,

I saw you mentioned in the Pictures of the Year 2014 thread that you are interested in this happening in the Cork/Kerry area (though this thread only mentions Cork) - if it happens in Kerry I could tag along :)

Open to all suggestions! I'm an hour from Tralee/Killarney - so the same as visiting Cork city for me!

Would Monday 29th work?! Thinking maybe Muckross Abbey, few winter scenes, Ross Castle, Sullivan's cascade back by Gap of Dunloe? Maybe some of Torc waterfall also? All Killarney direction.. can give a drive to anyone who can't drive!

Hi Cork girl, merry Christmas to you! :)
Well done on your recent shots on the random thread, looks like you've a couple of HM's in the POTW thread coming up :)
That sounds good to me! I've no car though! I can get to Killarney and home from it too I'm nearly sure, but getting from location to location without a car would be my problem

HM's I doubt it but we'll see if we can get a few worthy shots in the next outing! That's no problem regarding the lift - can definitely meet you somewhere! Weather looks good for Monday too :)

Had a great day yesterday, great to meet you mystic86! I've just looked at the shots quickly - here are a couple. Some places I'd never been to before.. must go back again. The day went so quickly.

Will plan another walk for the next time I'm down near home - would be nice to catch up again sheesh and clintondaly. Thanks pixbyjohn :)

Hey, great day out for sure, thanks again!
Remember when I went back at the last location, when ye left, to get that shot of the higher up spot?

Well, got my favourite shot of the day there! :)

Ah great!! Was worth it so :) I was glad of the slow paced ascent of those steps!

That shot is quite mystical :D
