We did somehting like this last year. Since I have some time over the next few days I thought I'd start putting together the POTW 2014 thread to gather together some of the cracking shots captured by forum members over the last year. Obviously our POTW doesn't end really until January 2015 but I will update it as we go along.

Note: I'm limited to 15 images per post so will have to put the thread up and then add4-5 posts to get the year in so bear with me ...

Myksyk I have to say thank you so much, you've added so much to the sense of community in this forum over the past year by continuing these fantastic threads.

The photos are beautiful - well done to each of the photographers and here's to an even better 2015

I have to say there is some talent in this place,my aim for 2015 is to get on the POTW list at some point:)
Santa has my list in preparation for this.
I would like to thank anyone i crossed paths with this year and the help i was given when i asked, and the gang of us that went to Charleville Castle(why they didn't build it in Cork ill never know) it was nice to meet you in person and i look forward to the 2015 trip.

It was Xmas week, the forum was very quiet, both in terms of number of posts and number of thanks, I think that pic only got 25 thanks, surely the lowest of all of the POTW's in 2014!

I do appreciate it, it just doesn't belong among these wonderful photos
