Transferring Calls with Cisco IP Phones

    Hi

The phone I'm using is a Cisco IP Phone SPA504G.

The issue is that when I'm in the middle of transferring a call and a 2nd incoming call would come through, I can't complete the transfer.

I either answer the 2nd call tell them customer to wait or I have to ignore the call.

Does anyone know if there is a setting on the phone, that I can complete the 1st call while the 2nd call waits until I have my 1st call complete.

    Regards
    Yorkie

You can disable call waiting, or in phone configuration you change line navigation from per call to per line
