Forwarding calls Poor signal area

I am with Tesco Mobile (o2 Network). My signal has always been OK at home but recently it's disappeared. I have a 4 bar signal 30 yards from my house :confused: Tesco give me free calls to any network so could I forward unanswered calls to another PAYG phone that has a signal in the house ? Tesco give me free calls to any network so could I forward unanswered calls to another PAYG phone that has a signal in the house ? Do Tesco free calls include forwarded calls ?

I can't justify a booster/repeater as most of my calls are during the day when I am in good coverage areas.
