Mrs Brown's Boys and Love/Hate Iran are on RTE 1! I will instead watch Love/Hate Dublin on DVD as I don't like these real life Iranian gangsters who took over what was a great country beforehand. Nidge and Fran would do a better job if they took over here than the criminals hiding behind religion there! I probably will watch Mrs Brown though :)

Sorry for taking the thread of topic but I hate that show so much

Thank you. I though it was just me. Cannot stomach the BBT. Honestly, I'd rather smash my telly than sit through a half hour of that. (thankfully I can just change the channel though ;))

I use this to see what films are on. There's possibly an Irish version on tvguide.ie

This is the second or third year in a row with no Willy Wonka. There are children out there who have only seen the Johnny Depp version. Tragic

Just watched Black Mirror on Channel 4, a creepy high tech festive thriller series, really enjoyed it but definitely not happy happy crappy stuff.

If you want to get into it, you got to get out of it. (Hawkwind 1982)

Do you not have a TV guide?

Original Willy Wonka is on RTE 2 at 9:55 Christmas Morning.

Also, who depends on TV Channels for films nowadays with DVD's and the internet?

You have that the wrong way around, who depends on DVD's with the internet these days, unless your not in the generation you have never bought a VHS, Cassette, DVD or CD in their lives...
