    Hiya lads

I am considering a day trip across to the UK next month. Just a flight from Dublin to any of the Ryanair or Aer Lingus destinations over there. Anyone ever do this and value wise etc what would be the best city to go to. Would just like to go over have some lunch catch a few sights and return on the late flight

    Thanks

There's already a thread here on that. Try a search. I do London regularly, next one is early January. Flights 25 euro return to Gatwick, museums, lunch with friends, theatre matinee, drinks with a friend and flight home at 930

Did it to Poland once for a tenner. Flew into Bydgosczcz, bus into town, train to Poznan bit of a mooch round and flight back.
