journal.ie were reporting that some folk didn't get their increment payments due to 'software issues'.

They can definitely take their JCSA and go scratch.

They had no issues when they froze the increments. And zero hassle ensuring that the strike day way taken out on time.

Same as that. I assumed they waited on purpose to deduct it when it would hurt most.

At last week’s meeting of the Teachers’ Conciliation Council the INTO protested strongly at the inability of the DES to pay increments deferred under the HRA on the due date, and at the failure to inform unions about this at an earlier stage.
The DES acknowledged that this was a serious failure and stated that the Department wished to apologise to the unions and the individual teachers.
The INTO continues to demand payment at the earliest possible date, including retrospection.
The INTO is seeking a formal statement from the DES to include an accurate assessment of when monies due (including to 2011 entrants on the revised scale) will be paid.
    To date the DES has:
    • stated it is working to ensure the increments will be released as soon as possible.
    • said it is not in a position to give a definitive date at this point in time
    • committed to giving a definitive date when it is certain that these difficulties have been resolved satisfactorily.
    • committed to prioritising the payment of the revised scale for 2011 entrants following the payment of increments.
    • apologised for the delay in the payment of the increments due.
The INTO is in daily contact with the DES about this matter. Updates received from the DES during the school closure period will be placed on this website.

    Date: Tuesday, 23 December 14

From INTO website, working on the assumption that its the same for second level.

    The answer nobody knows....

so in conclusion they broke Croke Park agreement early but we continued to do CrokePark hours .
And now one of the only "perks" of HRA has been reneged on and thus the agreement broken but our unions are telling us to continue on as normal.........all after school hours and supervision (although this is probably unworkable........) should be stopped until they uphold their end of the bargain!!!
won't be long now till a new "deal" replaces this on anyway.
I mean is anyone really stpid enough to think we will be getting our supervision money in 2017\18 as promised under this agreement without any more strings attached ? well I guess over 50% of us do as it was voted for ......
