3D options for PC?

Hey, I want to watch and play some games in 3D, like those movies in cinemas you watch with glasses. I have the red/blue glasses right now but they are like obsolete method now and extremely painful for eyes, what are my other options?

    Some details:
Budget is up to 700 EUR.
Right now I have: ViewSonic VA2248 monitor.
Current Video card: GTX 560 NON TI - 1gb.

So what are my options? I don't really follow 3D technologies so I don't know, but I was considering:
Some 3D monitor? (if such exists)
One of those Nvidia 3D sets (read about it like 2-3 years ago)
Oculus Rift DK2? (if it's possible to watch movies in 3D with it)

I had an Nvidia LG Monitor a while back, it was great but I found myself not using it very often - some games are fantastic in 3D, others, not so much.

From experience, Nvidia 3D Vision Monitors are the best (albiet more costly as you need the Nvidia Vision Glasses), however, for gaming, a GTX560 is not going to cut it at all, as it requires a lot more grunt to render in 3D.

Not every game works great in 3D, some are designed with 3D in mind and are brilliant - Bioshock 2 is probably the best thing I ever played in 3D, was incredible. Black Ops 2 was also good, Resident Evil 5, Battlefield 3, were also very good.

DK2 is really for enthusiasts at the moment, lot of work to get things working and very limited in what you can do.

So maybe you should look at a decent 3D Vision Monitor, the Nvidia Glasses Kit, and a new card. With that budget you should be able to get a GTX970 graphics card, monitor and glasses and you would get about 60-70 for your GTX560.
