    Hi guys

Do you know if a house that was built in 2008, left unfinished and never occupied is exempt from the nppr tax ?

I don't know, but it would certainly be an avenue worth examining carefully.

There are certain exemptions. The list here: https://www.nppr.ie/faq.aspx#fk4 may not be complete.

Thanks. It does seem that a newly constructed house, not previously sold and never occupied that is part of the builders stock is indeed exempt

Would the council furnish this info to me over the phone do you think ?
