I went through the tool on the M50 twice on Friday 19th.

When do the tolls go on to the video account.
only set up the account on Thursday and was expecting the toll to show up fairly shortly after the trip.

Still no tolls on the account and my deadline of 8pm is nearly up.

Should I pay 2 trips or does the video account take a day or two to update.

Might have missed you, I too have a video account and used it a number of times recently and not all of them appeared on my account, nor I did I get anything in the post either.

If it was me, I'd wait and see if they either appear on your account or arrive in the post as late payment, at which stage I'd ring them and explain that you have an account and expected it to be paid that way.
