You can always try a chargeback

An absolute shambles of a company with some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Stay well away from them, and file a claim/chargeback or cancellation now.

I was sent a phone a few weeks ago - it was broken - I returned it... they finally got back to me and told me that "the SIM slot has suffered customer damage"... I received it broken...

If I don't get a working phone, then I will use all the contacts and skills I have to tell people about this and then it's off to the small claims court...

3 weeks since order, 2 weeks since I received and then returned it and now they want to send me back a broken phone and have me pay for it...

Also, do I do a charge back?
