procedure as set out

Try and follow procedure as set out, and thread closed, mods circle the wagons and protect one of their own.
Why bother having dispute resolution if the complaint wont be addressed?
A mod in commuting and transport is bias, shuts down all talk that he does not agree with.

"Mods are volunteers and are not always in a position to deal with your issue."
Maybe thats the problem, you have mods working for free, so you will back them to the hilt, if they leave you might have to pay someone to do the job.
Therefore free labour mods will always be in the right as far as boards owners are concerned.
No wonder the site is hemorrhaging long term users, grow a back bone sanction moods who have lost the run of themselves and they might return.

For the avoidance of doubt, your original ban is upheld, and my decision is final.

If you should find yourself in a dispute resolution situation again, I suggest you find a less confrontational way to state your case. If you can't, then perhaps you should consider that the problem isn't with the moderators.

Don't start any more threads about this dispute.
