in Jan I will start using a hot desk facility for my small business, I think it will be better than working from home all the time. The Internet connection is shared wifi. So can anyone advise how I can secure my data from other users on the site ?

If running Windows make sure you set the wifi location as Public. Disable all file sharing and make sure you have a strong password.

Also do not log onto any site or use email unless it is using https i.e. a secure connection.
