"Part Time" 1 Year Graduate Visa?

http://www.usavisa.ie/1-year-work-visa Anyone know what they mean when they say part-time applicants? I'm wondering if I should hold out for "full-time" applications or have I missed them?

Contact them directly...i think it is referring to part time students, but the only sure way to know is to give them a buzz
