    Hi All,
Im in the middle of replacing the wishbone bushes on the motor. Thought I'd be able to botch it to get them back in but I'm having no luck.

The price of a press doesn't justify it's one use so I'm looking for someone to let me use theirs for 10 mins.

It's Christmas time, come on :-)

Try sticking them in the freezer overnight. Apparently they slightly shrink and you may be able to get them in with a good bench vise.

Could you not do them with threaded bar and wind them in that way.

Tried it today, it went in sideways! Now it's stuck in that position. I'll try get that one out later on and then freeze them

Go in you tube gsd have a look there are mountains of videos of guys that made their own bush tools most of them are very simple to make and cheap if you haven't bits lying about
Use lots of lube too it helps a massive amount.
Bushes and bearings are my pet hate :(
